Job Summary
Ralco is hiring an International Registration Coordinator to manage product registration documentation for international markets. This role ensures compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements by
developing registration, renewal, and amendment packages. Responsibilities include maintaining
accurate labels, tags, and packaging, and overseeing labeling updates to meet both customer and
regulatory standards. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, cross-functional
collaboration, and effective task prioritization in a fast-paced, global environment.

This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.


Job Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Documentation: Prepare and submit technical documents for global product registrations, including updates per regulatory feedback.
  • Labeling & Packaging Compliance: Manage creation, review, and approval of international labels and packaging to meet country-specific regulations.
  • Label File Oversight: Maintain accurate label versions, hazard info, and packaging details.
  • Formulation & ERP Support: Update and manage product formulations and data in Ralco’s ERP system.
  • Testing Coordination: Work with QA/QC to ensure required product testing is completed and documented for registration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate registration-related changes with shipping teams and country managers.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Act as the primary contact for international compliance inquiries and support teams.
  • Pricing Management: Maintain international price lists and ensure pricing accuracy across markets.
  • Team Engagement: Foster collaboration and contribute to process improvements across departments.
  • Knowledge Building: Assist in developing a regulatory library for all countries where Ralco operates.

Skills/Abilities
  • Regulatory Familiarity Ability to work within international product registration processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements across different countries.
  • Technical Writing Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and compliant documentation for submissions, renewals, and amendments.
  • Attention to Detail Precision in managing product data, labels, and version control to avoid costly errors.
  • Project Management Coordinating timelines, approvals, and cross-functional tasks efficiently across global teams.
  • ERP & Data Systems Proficiency Ability to work within an enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and formulation databases to manage product specs and updates.
  • Labeling & Packaging Compliance Familiarity with global standards for ingredient lists, hazard labeling, and multilingual packaging.
  • Cross-Cultural Communication Collaborating with international teams, country managers, and regulatory bodies with cultural sensitivity and clarity.
  • Quality Assurance Collaboration Working with QA/QC teams to ensure proper testing and documentation for regulatory needs.
  • Process Improvement Mindset Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and streamlining workflows
  • Spanish Fluency in Spanish preferred

Job Requirements

Education         Associate or bachelor’s degree                
Experience       Regulatory and Agriculture knowledge is preferred
