As an Internal Formulation Specialist you will be responsible for all internal formulation needs. An abundance of your time will be devoted serving all Ralco business units as it relates to internal formulation. The Internal Formulation Specialists provide oversight in association with Brill formulation software as it relates to internal production formulas. You will be responsible for ensuring that production formulas, ingredient specifications and ingredient prices are accurate inside the Brill formulation system.
You must be able to effectively communicate with all Ralco business units and build and foster relationships among Ralco and its cooperative partners. It is necessary that you work with sales, product management, regulatory, operations, customer service, technical services, international, truShrimp and AgNition to develop opportunities and meet Ralco’s needs.
